ARENACROSS – Richier in for LPE Kawasaki!

The phenomenal growth of the ARENACROSS Tour in the UK has attracted record numbers of Pro entries from riders across the globe. Since its inception in 2013 the tour has gained huge interest and an intense competitive buzz about who will even be on the start line, let alone the podium.

Last minute changes are not new in racing and following confirmation that Fabien Izoird LPE Kawasaki is injured and will not race at the opening round Manchester's Phones 4 U Arena on January 3rd, this has allowed LPE Kawasaki and promoters, e22sports, to offer a place to former German & French Supercross Champion, the incredibly talented and one of Europe's fastest indoor racers, Florent Richier.

Steve James, LPE Kawasaki said “We are hoping Fabien gets better and will race again really soon, but pleased to have secured the services of Florent Richier. Following his success in recent years in the German ADAC series, he's a real contender to challenge for that hard-fought number one place on the podium”.

Matt Bates. MD e22sports said “I'm overwhelmed with the interest the tour is creating from both a spectator and competitor side and I'm convinced that the hard work that's gone in to making sure we have a World Class start list of riders will set the scene for a battle to the final round in London. Naturally it's disappointing to lose Izoird through injury, but that's racing and this can happen to any rider and I am convinced that Steve James and his LPE Kawasaki team have found the perfect replacement in Florent Richier. We welcome him to the Arenacross Tour and wish Fabien well in his recovery.”
